By accessing this website, booking a service, uploading media, or purchasing any product from Divo Equestrian (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Services Provided

DiVo Equestrian provides:

• Online equestrian video critiques

• Virtual coaching and training advice

• Horseback riding education

• In-person consultations (when applicable)

• Sale of equestrian-related products, including Pivo devices

• Online booking and scheduling

These services may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking or creating an account

• Upload only videos or photos you own or have permission to use

• Follow all safety guidelines when implementing training advice

• Not use our content, critiques, or materials for resale or redistribution without permission

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Services (Video Critiques, Coaching, Consultations)

All service purchases are non-refundable once completed.

Refunds may be granted before a critique or service has begun, at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booked session.

• No-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Product Purchases (Shop Items, Pivo Devices)

Refunds for physical products follow this policy:

• Refunds allowed within 14 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected

Digital items (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Video & Photo Upload Rules

When sending a video or photo for critique, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to use the media

• You grant DiVo Equestrian the right to view, download, and analyze the content solely for providing the service

• You will not upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content

• You understand that online transmission may carry inherent security risks

We do not use your videos publicly without your explicit written consent.

6. Scheduling and Booking Policies

When booking any service:

• Timeslots are not guaranteed until payment is completed

• You are responsible for having proper equipment, video quality, and safe riding conditions

• We reserve the right to decline bookings that violate policy or pose safety concerns

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including critiques, text, images, videos, branding, logo, and training materials—is owned by DiVo Equestrian.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Riding & Training Risks

Horseback riding is inherently dangerous. By using our services, you agree that:

• You assume all risk of injury to yourself, your horse, and your property

• Our critiques and training advice are educational guidance, not guaranteed results

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during riding or training

Website & Technology

We are not liable for:

• Technical errors, downtime, or data loss

• Issues caused by third-party services (Wix, payment processors, video platforms)

• Improper use of advice or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product in question.

9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific training outcomes or performance improvements

• All information is provided “as is” for educational purposes

• Coaching suggestions should be implemented only in safe conditions and with proper riding supervision

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes must be handled in Wisconsin courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
